Payment Information

We accept credit card, cash, check, and Venmo. Credit card payments are available both online and in person. Please note that a credit card processing fee will apply to all credit card transactions.

Roster Announcements

Initial team rosters will be posted shortly after tryouts. Rosters may be adjusted as needed to best support player development and team success. Families will be contacted directly if any changes impact your child.

Flexibility & Communication

UTC Fire is committed to being both competitive and family-friendly. We understand that athletes and families have busy schedules, and there are no penalties for missing practices or games.

However, communication with your coach is essential. Consistent attendance and communication help us create meaningful practices and competitive game environments for all athletes. Our goal is to provide flexibility while maintaining a high-quality experience for every player.

UTC Fire Philosophy

UTC Fire is directed by former high-level women’s basketball coaches who are passionate about player development and competitive team environments.

Every player will have the opportunity to play in every game, while our coaches continue to coach competitively and work toward team success. Each athlete plays an important role in our program.
