Ultimate Team Camps is subject to the local policies and procedures for various organizations we partner with.  This is intended for your consent for an Ultimate Team Camp executive to run a background check.  The purpose of the check is to ensure safety to the minors you may encounter or have to supervise while attending one or all of our camps.
