
Brad Duckworth
UTC President
Brad Duckworth currently serves as Director of Athletics at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, where he provides leadership for a comprehensive NCAA Division III athletics program committed to competitive excellence, student-athlete success, and community engagement.
Prior to UW–Stevens Point, Duckworth served as head women’s basketball coach at Alverno College, the State University of New York–New Paltz, and Western Technical College. A 2023 inductee into the Alverno College Hall of Fame, Duckworth left Alverno as the program’s all-time winningest coach. During his time at Alverno, he also served as Director of Athletics, helping lead the institution’s athletics department through significant growth and development.
While at SUNY New Paltz, Duckworth additionally served three seasons as the head softball coach, further demonstrating his broad experience in collegiate athletics and program leadership.
Nationally, Duckworth has served the NCAA in several leadership capacities. Most notably, he chaired the NCAA Women’s Basketball Rules Committee during a historic period when the committee implemented sweeping changes to the game, including the transition from halves to quarters. Duckworth also served as the National Chair for the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.
Duckworth currently serves as Chair of the NCAA Division II/III Playing Rules Oversight Panel and is a member of the NCAA Division III Analysis Working Group, helping guide national policy, governance, and the future direction of Division III athletics. He previously served on the NCAA Playing Rules Oversight Panel representing the entire NCAA membership.
Duckworth holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, a Master of Science in Sport Administration, and a Doctor of Education in Student Affairs and Leadership from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Alverno College. His doctoral dissertation, NCAA Division III Student-Athlete Perceptions of Title IX, was published in 2020.
Brad and his wife, Rebecca, are actively involved in Ultimate Team Camps. Rebecca, a former collegiate softball and volleyball student-athlete, plays a key role in the continued growth and success of UTC. She currently serves as an oncology nurse at Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital. Brad and Rebecca have two children, Bennett and Beau.

Matt Bullis
Executive Program Director
Matt Bullis currently works as a 5th Grade Teacher in the D.C. Everest School District. He was a coach in the DCE Girls program for 22 years, with 11 coming as head coach. He helped guide the Evergreens to five conference titles, several regional titles, a sectional title and state runner up in 2015. He holds a BS from UW-Stevens Point in Elementary Education.
Matt's wife Lauren, who was an All-Conference WIAC basketball player, is a Phy Ed teacher at DC Everest, and the DCE Varsity Girls Basketball Head Coach. They have three kids, Braeden, McKenna and Aria.

Olivia Burrows
Summer League Director
Olivia is a Social Studies teacher within the Stevens Point School District. With 10 years of experience as a WIAA-licensed basketball official, she officiates at all levels of the sport. Since 2022, Olivia has been coaching girls' basketball and currently serves as the Junior Varsity girls' basketball coach at D.C. Everest. In addition to her coaching role, she supervises the UTC Summer League and coaches a UTC Fire AAU Girls team.
